About the Conference
The Think Space Conference is organized by the School of Architecture, Building and Design of Taylor’s University, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in the field.
The Think Space Conference is the place to broaden your horizon on diversified perspectives pertinent to contemporary issues, challenges and opportunities in the field of the built environment. The mission is 3i or the three eyes as Inclusiveness, Innovation and Insightfulness.
The Think Space Conference is inclusive and invites participation from all sectors: architects, planners, policy makers, artists, academics, the public and community activists. The two-days virtual conference functions as an open access platform for innovation on the first day via demonstrations and workshop and for insightfulness on the second day through paper presentations, a forum for debate through conferences on the second. It’s social vision can be defined as: promoting an understanding of the role of architecture and the built environment on communities, ecology and society more broadly.
The first edition of the Think Space Conference 2021 will be fully virtual and has angled itself contemporarily and invites thoughtful papers for classified themes of heritage for a sustainable future and tropical sustainability.
